First of all I want to thank the support for lifting the ban from my account, I just logged in and everything looks fine :)
Second I still don't know what caused the ban in first place, the ban reason was botting but right now I'm scared to login or play because I'm afraid to get banned again. I don't know what did I do that made me appeared as using bots. I didn't use any automation software. and the only program running while I play is Bitdefender antivirus and chrome. I have Gaming mouse with two extra buttons on left side which is keybound from ingame options. and I use ingame macros which I wrote by myself.
I can send screenshots and I'm ready to corporate with anything you need.
your help on this topic will be appreciated because I can't figure this out on my own.

If that's all you did I recommend changing your password. It's likely someone breached your account and used it to bot.

I just Enable in-game protection with Email AUTHENTICATION. and I will change the password too. is there anything else I can do to get more information regarding this ban?

Info? No. Warmane won't tell you what exactly got you banned. You got banned for botting, and that's all they'll tell you.
I'd double check keyboard and mouse softwares that they don't have some macros going on that could potentially cause problems.
