Hi, I can't restore my characters
The website it's asking me for points, but as I understand the rules, to be elegible for no cost character restorations we can do it during a period of 2 days window, but in this case the deletion was done yesterday.
I made a ticket and the response was: "We do not provide support for such cases" , I dont understand then.

Mhm, but how are we supposed to know that? Following the rules we could delete all of our 10 characters and restore it within 2 days.
Do we need to have some inside info to not get screwed up?
