yes there is. the best is dk. 5x dks will eat you and your puny hunter alive

For arena it's holy pal/arms warrior, simply broken comp. For everything else it's retri or unholy DK

Really depends on your skill, dk/ret is solid but pretty much any class has their pros and cons

Back then, in WOTLK-time, WoW was like "stone, scissors, paper": Every class has a class able to beat it (unless outgeared or noobed-played).

Therefore, there is no proper answer to your question. Play the class(es) you enjoy most.
