If you get disconnected while playing, your realmlist doesn't need to be changed.
WoW/Data/enUS/Realmlist.wtf
Open it with notepad, check if the following line is there:

set realmlist logon.warmane.com
If it isn't there, then copy paste it to there, and save changes.
