WotLK Website Account got Suspended

I was laggy for 1-2 hrs before I wrote this, I thought it cause internet traffic so i tried to use VPN (Windscribe) and I tried to login ingame, it said my account had been locked i was confused so i turned off my Windsribe and login just fine.
But when i go to website, on "My Account" said "Your IP has been suspended for due to Advertising" which is i dont know what kind of advertising I've made that causing i got suspended and I'd rarely shout on global or anything else except yesterday was wanted to buy primordial saronite etc and that was only 3-5 times probably.
I think its because the Windscribe because the IP said on my website account isnt correctly my IP....
Can't make support ticket in my website account aswell I need GM to help me :(
