1. Is the security GM group really doing their job?

    With all due respect, we've been seeing warmane GM banning a lot of "bots" trying to protect our gaming environment. Applause for that.

    But since when, ban appeals and general inquiry tickets recieve nothing bot direct clos of ticket or just copy-paste responses? Not to mention that [email protected] is quite a joke which never do respond for nothing.

    The warmane gaming developing team is outstanding comparing to other private server, but the GM team... Not very friendly here.

  2. GM's only handle ingame tickets. Tickets on website and emails are handled by different people. Ban appeals usually get a standard reply when they are denied. They are investigated but the person responding usually does not spend more time to write a personalized response to you. If you get similar responses to general inquiry tickets, you are probably making tickets on website about things that you are not supposed to. Same with the email - those who write about issues that are intended to be handled by sending an email very rarely say that there was no reply.
