I havn't been online in quite some time. Tried to log in after 4-5 months roughly, and I got this:
"We have noticed an unusual log in attempt and your account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access.
In order to unlock your account, please enter the authentication code shown on your mobile authenticator app."
First off, I changed numbers, and second I have no recollection of setting up anything of the sort.
I'm unaware of a mobile authenticator app. I'm using my wife's account to create this ticket. Please email me
Also, I was missing my character named "Felixwuff", a level 80 Dem Warlock. Is this due to the mobile authenticator app? Please let me know what I can do to help you help me to get my character and account back.

Your toon is on sale for 30 coins atm. Maybe you got hacked and the guy noticed that you wanted to log in, but couldn't, so he thought you will try to recover your acc, so he posted it on sale to try to get coins and send them to his acc.
Or maybe, you wife is playing games with you...
