Technical (Master Looter) Boss loot is empty but loot didn't come to my bag.

Just a few mins ago I did VoA 25 on Icecrown server. I was the RL. My char is Xblades, human death knight. There were 2 dps death knights in my raid group. I reserved dps gauntlets to me and dps leggings to other dk. Killed Ice Watcher (Frost a.k.a.) and gauntlets dropped. Did all the rolls, gave them to people, And send the gauntlet to myself (Master Looter). But I didn't recieve it. No message was shown that I recieved it, nor another person in my raid group has recieved it. So I didn't send them to anyone by mistake. I tried 2 more times to send the loot to my bag and boss' loot on its corpse went completely empty. Without me recieving the gauntlets.

The item name is "Sanctified Scourgelord Gauntlets"

I took only this screenshot. You can see people leaving raid after it's complete. You can message them and they'll justify my story. Today is 1 September.

I sadly have no other screenshots because in that adrenaline rush, I did a relog hoping that it will fix the boss' corpse and I will see the loot. But it didn't work and I lost the chance to get more screenshots.

Hope you can send a copy of it to me. I'd be really relieved.

You probably sent them to wrong person, and the message got buried/hidden amongst other messages.

The staff won't send you a copy, gotta farm it yourself.

That is the story and it is true. Why would I go for this stupid way of recieving free gauntlets. I would go try to drop it like everyone else. But already put weeks of effort to this and it dropped already and it's MINE. It's literally mine but I don't have it and that's a bug, which is the devs or gm's responsibility to fix. I am a customer and I must be served.

And don't "You have Karen attitude" me. I am only justifying who's responsibility is what and who's right is what. Why would I play it otherwise? That's the point of the product and customer.
Warmane Team if you are to believe me (Which I would cuz my story seems reliable. And remember those gauntlets cannot be sold or anything. Only can be used by that person.), as the biggest private server out there I expect you to come with a solution.

I said I tried 2 more times to send it to myself. If it was wrong person. It would just go on the first try. It's a bug.

This isn't utopia where nothing bad ever happens. A mistake happened, or a bug (my bet), now the gauntlets are somewhere in the pixel world.

If you want to complain about a bad thing happening, get in line, it's quite long.

And also thanks for believing me but tell me why would I lie for this. Legs are better, I would lie for legs. Gauntlets are not even BiS.
It cant be sold so i'm not like asking the GM to print money for me and shake the economy of the game. It's just me, I'm gonna use it till I get my BiS gear and GM won't lose anything for doing this. He will even recieve 1 follower who believes in this team.

tis is a private server bugs happen ur assumed to know that n deal wit it
they dont give loot lost cuz of bugs n thats it its even in their tos theres no warranty
