Technical After signing in in the ingame launcher nothing happens

Hello,
every now and then, when I try to sign-in in the ingame launcher, a new window is popping (as usual) which shows that is it connecting but it get stucked on that point. Furthermore, when I try to save my login information, it won't - everytime when I launch the WoW, it's like playing it for the very first time, it starts the intro all over again and I do have to type in my login information. saving won't work.

Hope somebody can help me

Do the steps below and let me know if it worked:
Remove Wow from torrent
Move the WoW folder to another location or put it in a new folder
Right click WoW folder -> Properties -> remove the "read-only" so it's not marked -> apply to all subfolders
