Lordaeron The Battle For The Undercity QUEST. Stucked.

Today i have entered quest from the title and it wont start.
Thrall and Sylvanas are in courtyard and timer wont stard.
Tried with unstuck but when i come back in UC or ORG no NPC and im still in quest.
Been standing near them for like and half of hour and nothing happen...

Character name is Tiihi (undead rogue) in Lordaeron.

I believe that this quest is disabled. You have to open an in-game ticket to get out.
