WotLK Legion models for wotlk

Hello, I would like to ask if it is allowed to download new models of characters, objects and buildings into the game. I found many videos of "Legion models and textures for Warmane Wotlk" on youtube, so i wonder if it somehow violates your rules. I would like to put new models in the game, but I'd rather ask in advance. Thank for your reply and have a nice day.
