Game Freezing

Hi there , i have just downloaded the torrent but when i launch the game every time imove my mouse the game freezes. Also when in game if i try to play windowed mode it completely crashes the game. I have a brand new pc which is very up to date so its not my hardware. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and has a fix for it. Thankx
