WotLK Achievements messed up

On the Icecrown realm on my Main, my achievements are seriously messed up. I guess I'm going to have to take screenshots to show how bad they are messed up but before I go through all that trouble, were they reset at any point after 2016-2020? I don't see why they would be but either way it doesn't matter to me I guess, I'm just curious. Some examples of what happened is 1. Alot of them in general from older content had been reset, like Blackwing Lair, Molten Core, ect ect like i'd never done them but I have gear sets from them to prove that I did lol. 2. Alot of my level 80 Heroic dungeon achivements reset to not having them but having killed the last boss in each achivement, for example Culling of Stratholme, it just says I've killed Mal'Ganis and don't have the achievement and it says this on a few different achievements but I've started going back recently and doing them but here's where next issues starts 3. I don't get the Normal Achieves for finishing the Heroic versions, so for example I have the Heroic Utgrade Pinnacle achievement but no achiv for the Normal version, the weird thing is I've never even done a normal dungeon on this toon, from the day it was created 2/1/2015 I've been 6.4k+ gearscore after spending all my coins from the reset on it. A lot of my quest reset too, the character is a Warlock and I had to redo all my Demon quest and even my FoS/PoS/HoR quest had reset. Is this a known bug or what? were they reset? Not only that but alot of the extra achievements, like the feat of strength achievemnts like "kill so and so in 30 seconds on heroic difficulty without getting X debuff exc ect" I have those achievements but I don't even have the achievements for killing the boss lol. They are completetly out of whack.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about. I should've opened the achieve, either way my normal achieves just say I've killed the last boss in the dungeon and I can promise I didn't just go into a bunch of Normal dungeons and kill the last boss lol.
