After Toc25, RL starts rolling items. He rolls some Off hand item (mage oriented, int, Sp, crit, no mp5), and i win it. Some priest asks me to give it to him, since i have a 2handed staff. I tell him that i have a [Frost Needle] (1 hand sword for mages) in bank, and that this is what i need to use those 2 instead of the staff, because their specs added up are better for me. Later, some cloth boots are rolled (keep in mind, nothing too fancy, or not even a little bit fancy). No one MS rolls it, OS roll no one for 10sec, thats when i OS roll it cuz no one wants it -> implying to the leader id pick them up (no one else rolled), and he gives it to me. After all of this is done, i go check my bank to pick up the sword, equip both items and tell to the priest that i will keep the Off hand item, after which he starts cursing at me, saying that ill get 60day ban for ninja looting and that i picked that off-hand item just for disenchanting (which is not the case) and that he is gonna report me. Also saying that i rolled OS falsely on that cloth item, which i did not and rather i rolled DE on it (after seeing that no one present wants that item clearly, which RL saw too)
So now my question is, how does one get banned for this? Just from people saying their own story? How do i defend against these accusations from someone who is just salty they lost a roll.

You don't get banned from this. The priest was butthurt that he lost the item and tried to scare you into giving it to him. As for the boots, you're also fine. Since leader didn't say "DE roll" before you rolled, you still rolled for OS.
If the dude starts claiming you're a ninja on global, show him this part of ninja looting rules:

I wouldn't sweat it man. If you can equip both items and you won the rolls, what evidence does he have? Some guy accused me of ninja looting cause I said "Pass" and I gave them to the next highest roll instead of him, he even name dropped Forum Admins, claiming they where his friends and he'd make sure I got banned lol. People will make wild threats to try and scare you, just put them on ignore and keep playing.

You say the sword + offhand together give you better stats than the staff. Assuming you actually know your class, you have no reason to give that sore loser any attention. Keep your items, play the game. That's it.

I got banned for ninja looting but i was going dungs only for emblems and from time to time i roll for item i really need and this morning i played didnt go to any dungs or anything and got banned for ninja looting and Idk whats going on can someone help me.

To get you banned there must be rock solid evidence, maybe you don't understand what "need" means. Either way, make a proper ban appeal, there is no way hijacking someones thread will do anything good for you.

Priest Ninja looted my weapon from ICC25. I won it on roll, he said he needs it more didn't want to trade it. Left raid as a leader and ignored me. I reported him but nothing yet.

Except he named a ninja in his post (it's the 1st word in his post btw), and came here to mention it. Proceeded to tell he already made a report. Once report is made, there's no need to post "I reported X, waiting for an answer" or forum would be filled with those posts. There was no question in his post either.
