WotLK Chat Limitations

Where can I read the specifics of the chat limitations ? (You can only write so and so many messages with this and that time, in global channel f.ex)

I play on Frostmourne, I assume the limitations are same on all warmane realms ?

There aren't any except the "don't spam or you get 1 minute mute" default thingy. I think your messages need to be atleast 5 seconds apart for you not to get it in say and yell, play around with it.
edit: Just remembered, for global, there's a 20 second "CD" before you can post another message.
