Having an issue with retrieving password, everytime I put in my account name it gives me this error on a white blank webpage? {"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}}

Figured it out but it is not sending the password reset to my e-mail, just have to click the enter button instead of pressing enter on your keyboard, any GM help me find what happened to my account?
