Hello everyone so im interested should i even bother and write a ticket about this , Day started bad , wasted 1 hour + in raid to get ninja-ed by the only item i need. So im curious is this considered ninja-ing or no...
Anyways 251 item droped and i really needed it but i lost the roll to a guy who has 264 , Both leader and the guy that "won" the item ignored my warning how he has better item etc...I get that sometimes in rare cases even 251 could be an improvement if someone is over hit caped or maybe to mutch expertise bla bla but this is not the case , guy rolled for no reason and took the item and he isnt using it or planing to use it since i checked hes armory multiple times and the 264 is stil equiped ofc.
Anyways should i write ticket about this ? Took the screenshoots etc..

I read it all , thank you for posting. Gonna go write ticket now. Got all the Screenshoots etc , i mean even thou he won the roll and has better item equiped and wont use it its stil ninjaing right?

Hello again so after doing the ticket exactly like it was writen on the site i got reply..."I have found your evidence to be insufficient" And "Please provide the loot rules and the screenshoot of the raid so we know who the master looter is"
The ticket was done exactly how is explained on page. Only thing i miss is the "loot rules" Cause there werent any loot rules!
And the Master Looter can be seen on 1 out of 3 SS i made in the ticket where he actually rolls the items...so idk is the gm ignoring this or whats the problem or he simply didnt even check it out.
And on a side note the guy is stil wearing hes 264 ilvl item 3 days from the raid and on 1 screenshoot i have him with the 264 ilvl item and rolling on 251.
So is this how its nowadays done i mean? Also he can see on Grid the raid and on chat the master looter...idk rly rly annoying these ppl get away with this cause of someones lack of will to check properly.
I mean what to do , what ss of "loot rules" when he explicitly didnt say any loot rules in the start.
And i mean when i said in chat he has better item with caps multiple times and was ignored thats also a sign , if there were any loot rules he woulda said them there obviously ...
Cant write this on a in game ticket since not enough room for every single detail. But like i said everything can be seen from the 3 screenshots i provided if he/she looks properly.
So what to do try another ticket in game or can writing a ticket here on forum to another gm or private message maybe help?
Really dont want to let this go since it just isnt right , Or ok if im wrong what should i SS when there are no loot rules in the start i mean idk rly disappointed from this ...

If you don't have all the evidence tough luck. Making another ticket or reporting it to another person won't matter.
For master looter, you need the screenshot of the raid group where you can clearly see the master looter icon (small bag next to name). And as for loot rules, always ask leader at start of raid.

So it wont help that on the ss i have is the master looter rolling the items (shown in chat) , it explicitly needs to be raid window ..well damn guess i learned it the hard way then ..

This is why you ask. If you don't get answers, leave.
If there were no loot rules mentioned, you need to ask for them. Once answered, screenshot RL/ML's answer.
"Is MS change allowed, and if it is, who have changed their MS". Screenshot the answer.
"BoE/Pattern/Primo/SFS/Orbs reserved?" Ask and you'll know. Screenshot the answer.
If the RL/ML doesn't answer, bail the raid. Not answering important questions is a red flag, and might save you trouble of unpleasant raid experience.
