Can't get my shoulder enchant from Sons Of Hodir. I've done the questline, and I'm exalted with the faction, but the quartermaster isn't there. The "Forging an alliance" quest is bugged, and I can't get it from Thorim now, since I abandoned it when I first did the questline, since I couldn't turn it in when I did the questline quite a while ago. In short: It was bugged. Please, some help would be highly appreciated.
