WotLK Quests bugs

Hello, i need help with 2 quests idk is that my mistake but i cant get the quest that starts the ebony blade rep, i mean that on flying shuttle this problem is on my rouge Kosawstope on warrior i just normaly had quest there. Second is quest with netherwing reputation i finish the quest that give me reputation but next one with quest where i change into fell orc didnt appear. I dont know is that my mystakes. Please tell me what i need to do now.

about ebon blade:

You can unlock Ebon blade in 2 ways
1. [Preparations for War] which requires level 77, Cold Weather and parts of the Wrathgate chain
2. [Crusader's Pinnacle] which requires Argent Vanguard
