I got my Battered hilt from fos today and idk if i should go sell it or get one of the quel delar swords..
5.3k gs with two Voldrethar, Dark Blade of Oblivion
Should i get Quel delar? if yes which one?

It is up to you. From one side, it costs a lot (but gold will be halfed in 3 monthes. From other side, it may help you, but not as much as you think. There are lots of Icc10 runs before reset that aim not so high (literaly 4-6 bosses) and such runs will give you weapons of same level

What do you mean halfed in 3 months?

There is gold squish that happens every year. All gold, regardless where it is, reduces in half.

Usually around January/February. Prices are slowly creeping up the closer the date is.

The GS difference isn't huge, but the damage benefit might be noticeable. Though, it's "only" a 251 ilvl weapon. It might get replaced quickly, or not, depending on RNG.

If you're not tied to any guild, and you have to meet crazy PUG GS demands, you could consider using it. If you get to raid regularly with a guild, you could consider selling it. And if you sell it, where to use money? Gems, enchants, flasks, or other BoE?

BoE (264 lvl boots would be very good long term investment), epic fly mount, professions/recipes, invest into resources.
For "new" player there are lots of ways to spend gold efficiently.
