Firstly, you need to understand the difference between lag and FPS drops. Lag is caused by your net, FPS drops are caused by your hardware/software and combination of thereof.
With that in mind, go to settings in WoW and disable hardware cursor. That's most likely the issue.
Hardware cursor isn't on. Literally just random lag spikes and random fps drops all over the game. I'm doing 200 fps+ in raids on retail so I'm just generally confused as to how I could possibly lag ...I have an program that's making the game use more ram, and I've also done some tweaking with the graphics settings on my graphics card to try to optimize the game and nothing.
Could be the 3.3.5a client's limitations. Try looking into largeadressaware on the warmane forums
