Random ping spikes.

Good day to you all!
So yesterday (10.11.2021 (EU calendar)) arround 4 PM i was doing my usual ritual of farming leather, running arround and all in all having fun. When all of a sudden I was attacked by a random ping spike. Out of nowhere from my usual 90ms it jumped to 1000ms and wouldnt go down. Would only climb to 2000 if i got in to a fight. So i thought: ''Alright, something is wrong with my internet provider. I'll take a break now''. Skip to 4h later, the ping still is high. So i decided to wait untill today to seek help. Surprise surprise its still high, arround 1k. I have been playing for 2 months now and I have never had a issue with ping. This was just very random and I wanted to know if anyone else is expieriencing the same type of ping spikes. Maybe there is a remedy to my disease.

EDIT: To add, this is the only game I'm having ping problems with. And I play on Icecrown.

So if anyone is wondering, I deleted the game and redownloaded it. Seems to have fixed my issue.
