Technical Unusual Lag (delay) high ms and low ms

Greetings i experience package loss associated with the server. I got 1-2 sec up to 10sec delays, depending on day/hour. I tried everything in order to fix it or make sure it's me. I've connected with my ISP, they couldnt track any line problems. I reinstalled windows, updated every single driver. Tried plugging Ethernet cable, but nothing. I tried to ping the ip of google and warmane to compare. Seems i lose package somewhere between server. this problem is since 1 month. Before that i've never felt such difficulties. Everything was fine, but suddenly this occured. And within the time it got worse. At first it was only durning night, now it started durning day. And id say playing durning night time from 5-6pm till 12:00 or so on its getting slightly worse.

This screenshots bellow is comparision between a standard google ip and the warmane's ip into cmd ping test.
somehow i only lose package when i connect to warmane (ping) So i dont know what to do. Any direction would be appriciated. Thank you.

I have that problem too.It start befor 2 weeks.Befor that never have that problem now when log in i have around 500-1000MS and big lag spikes.
