sons of hodir vendor bug

So i bought reputation for sons of hodir and it appears i bought a tad bit too much. So now i cant do the quest that sends me to the vendor. What do I do?

Check Thorim atop Temple of Storms in Storm Peaks, see if there is a quest available. Once you pick up the quest the vendor may "phase in" if you are exalted.

yes i did that and there was no quest. the last quest i did was the one where you kill his brother but i'm aware there are a bit more until you unlock the vendor.
