    I created a ban appeal 5 days ago, still no answer

    Not player game for long time on this server and found that my account was banned for botting. In my account profile was writted "Last seen from 94.174.79.38" but thats not my ip if you can check you will see that from the start i always played from another ip and never changed it, so my account was hacked and baned for botting wich i never did. I made a eppeal 5 days ago and still no answears. How long should i wait?
    Ticket ID 1, Status Open. I made it Dec 06, 2021 today it will be 6 days without response.
