Technical Password Change Issues

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right prefix to list this under so I apologize if not!

I am trying to change my password but each time I do it says "Invalid New Password..." I have tried multiple variations including completely different words but alas, nothing works. I am over the 8 character minimum and am using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols...not sure if that might be the issue.

Any and all help is appreciated, thanks!
