WotLK Winter hat in normal wotlk dungeons available?

Does the winter hat drop in normal wotlk dungeons?

Should be,the heroic only restriction came with Cataclysm. Keep in mind,normal has way lower drop chance while heroic should be 100%. And,if you're feeling extremely lucky,they should drop off of humanoids during the event with a minuscule chance(i just got one from a quest mob in Netherstorm lmao).

Should the heroic done as random? I just did Nexus, Azjol and Old kingdom heroic via DF but I didn't join as random and neither dropped the hat.

Green Winter Hat has 100% drop chance from Mage-Lord Urom in Occulus HC. If you only want the achievement the best way would be to find 2-3 other people who want the same and do the HC version, then you can trade the hat between each other (even though it's soulbound you will have the regular 2+ hour window to trade it) and everyone can complete the achievement. To do this in the way I described you would need to already have the other 2 pieces of clothing and the food ready.
