WotLK I'm kinda lost after level 80

I've hit lvl 80 mostly through quests, and I also did a couple of FoS and PoS dungeons with a friend of mine, I'm just wondering if there are any other dungeons, raids or anything I should be doing when I hit lvl 80? Thanks for the feedback!

Soon after hitting level 80 your top priority is just grinding FoS+PoS+HoR+ToC5 both normal and heroic as they offer best dungeon gear possible. Grinding those should fetch you enough EoT to buy some set pieces. Make sure to do VoA and weekly quests ASAP since you get EoF and good gear from VoA, and they're the only source of EoF when you're low geared (along with daily RHc). Then just climb slowly up to ToC10/25 and finally ICC.
