Help, ive been trying to donate for months but you guys for my country only got Mint, which doesn't work becasuse i've tried many times..
How come , really bad customer service really. Nobody responds, nobody helps?

Easiest thing I can tell you would be go into the Localized Forums for your country. There should be a donation guide or something explaining how to donate if you have issues. Since you didn't say what country your from, I can't help other than that.
