Lordaeron Quest doesn't work [The Battle For The Undercity]

Hi all. I created a ticket inside the game, but I do not get a response from the GM. I will create a message about the problem here.

The quest is not working. NPS, which I have to pass the quest is not active and is not in the right place. I also have key NPCs and other players missing from capitals. The character's in-game nickname is Holerik. Please take me out of the quest or make it work =)

Disband the quest, you can't do it.

Wait for ticket response. It may take few days.

Waited until the server restart and NPC became active. In fact, this is the first time I see a fully working server. Admins great job!
