Technical Help lost account

Dear Support,

I used to play this game when this site was called moltenwow. After the events of everyone losing their account and the birth of Warmane, I was awarded a hefty sum of coins due to having donated a lot of money to this site. I am reaching out due to the fact that for some reason I can't access my account. I cannot remember the e-mail or the user and password. Some of my friends told me that they saw someone playing on my account so I suppose it was stolen. It couldn't have been deactivated or deleted for inactivity because I was assured that will not happen after donating to the site. I hereby ask for any sort of assistance possible.

Some info:

After receiving coins I geared up 4 characters: A bis troll hunter named Jinshot, a bis shadow priest named Crni, a bis protection paladin called Djipke (on molten he was retri with shadowmourn), and bis mage named Mag. I believe there was also a tauren druid named Biftek but it wasn't geared much or at all. They were all in the guild which was at the time named Fade and was led by a player named kayotica. One of the officers was called bluearrow. Some of the people in the characters friend lists were chingo, dragany, bahdur, shadowtepac.

That is basically all I remember. If anyone from the support team is willing to look into this matter I would be very grateful. Losing an account on which I spent some of my best years would be a tragedy to me.
