WotLK Bought Shammy. Totems not working.

Dont have totems but the quest is complete on this bought character.

Ive had ticket open more than 48hours. I cant use this character without totems.

You realy need totems only in raids. Could've spent 30 minutes and get yourself relic from grizzly hills or any EoT and below quality, buy for points or whatever else way of obtaining shaman relics exist. But why bothering yourself with brain activity?)
