I received a email from neutral AH with 1k gold (850 for me), when i take the gold mail autodelete and i don't get the gold..

Well, because such mails always get deleted after you've collected gold. And there is 15 minute difference between your first and second SS.
Your "proofs" are fishy enough already, like are you taking SS of EACH mail that you receive? C'mon man, don't try to scam Warmane for gold equal to 1 hour of daily quests...

Even if the gold actually disappeared, there is no support for such cases so you won't be getting any gold back.

It would be more believable if you took the screenshot as soon as you noticed it. If you've been playing here for any amount of time, you would know it takes 2-3 days for your ticket to be answered. I'm just saying my opinion is you bought stuff or mailed the gold off.
