1. Character not foud

Hi guys! I don't know whether this is the approptriate platform to turn to with my problem, but nontheless I give it a try. I registered to Warmane in April, 2020, created 3 characters on WotLK Lordaeron then, played for a few months then went inactive for the last year. I have recently decided to revisit the game, but when I logged in, I found none of my characters accessible on the character list. I checked if I was in the wrong realm, but no. On the realm selector tab, the game correctly displays that I have in fact "(3)" characters on Loraeron. On my pc, in the insallation folder I was also able to find the characters' folders. None of the characters were max level, so perhaps a wipe took them? In that case I would be quite dissapointed. How can I know what happened? I cannot even send a support ticket, beacuse only the ban appeal topic is available, and as far as I know I am not banned. Thanks for the help in advance!

  2. are you 100% sure they were on "Lordaeron" and not "Frostmourne"? (Frostmourne is a realm launched on 15-april-2020)

If Frostmorune -> it means you just need to transfer them to Icecrown (since "Frostmorune Season1" ended)
    https://www.warmane.com/account > service
Select "Frostmourne - S1" as realm

If they were on Lordaeron, they might have been deleted if below lvl 30.
Every year there is a clean up: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=430433
