Its posible to...?

Hi all. I want to ask a somewhat controversial question, is it possible to somehow access the old naxxramas?
Many people say "the old naxx doesn't exist in Wotlk", but the reality is that it does exist, you just have to look for videos all over youtube...maybe it doesn't exist in warmane, but it definitely exists in wotlk.
1) I know of the existence of the portal in eastern plaguelands, but despite having fulfilled all the requirements, I don't see it where it should be
2) If the answer is "can't", then the question would be: was it ever accessible on the server?
Because (not long ago) I came across a warrior (twink 60, same as me) who had items from the old naxx, I saw them with my own eyes... how could he have obtained them?

1) The portal has been disabled along with old Naxx on retail with Wrath(lorewise,Naxx moved to northrend). If you logged out inside old Naxx,you were ported out. However,old Naxx wasn't deleted,it was just made invisible and uninteractable. Technically,it's doable to re-enable old Naxx,along with everything else connected to it. But,that would be custom content which is kinda frowned upon by the staff(and would cut off some cash since a lot of classic things would be aviable outside the store).
2) The coin store has the T3 and old Naxx gear(and the shoulder enchant as well last time i checked). So if someone has the cash they can buy the items without having to access old Naxx.

I forgot to mention that I'm on the Lordaeron server, so the item shop isn't available for those types of items, otherwise I'd gladly buy them... Again, thank you very much, you cleared my doubt

I'm not sure about store changes on Lordaeron,they might've been aviable earlier but were removed after to try balancing the 60 twinks(though that would just screw out people of buying the set vs those who already got them). There's simply no other way(legit/semi-legit) to obtain them,as the tokens needed were boss drops.
