WotLK Faction Change Low-Level Quests

Hey,

so if I change the faction from my level 80 horde character to alliance, do i get the the low level quests (f.e. in dun morogh) so that i can get the city reputations?

Your current Darkspear Trolls reputation will be turned into Ironforge reputation, and all Ironforge quests will be available to you to further improve that reputation.
