WotLK Can't equip Voldrethar, Dark Blade of Oblivion

Hello i purchased item Voldrethar, Dark Blade of Oblivion with vote points but i cant use it and the icon of the sword is red question mark pls help

By looking at this old report: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/69890 it seems the issue was related to Mac version

I am not sure if for this weird case you may ask for a refund (so you can spend points for a different weapon)
