A Reliquiary of Purity quest

Is the quest "A Reliquiary of Purity quest" possible to do on warmane? When i talk to Rabine Saturna in Moonglade, after visiting Dire Maul (and having felvine shard in my inventory) i an going through a conversation with him starting with "Have you ever heard of a place called Dire Maul?". After this, he ask me to talk to him. When i do he doesnt offer a quest liek he should.
