WotLK Old Keybinds Appear Fresh 3.3.5a Install? PC saved them locally after uninstall?

I uninstall entire 3.3.5a folder and all of its contents from my PC. Then I reinstall and my keybinds are still saved, which I assume has to be locally inside my PC, after uninstalling, which explains why they appear when I launch a fresh, untouched 3.3.5a client.

Does anyone know where the local files (keybinds and anything else) get saved locally at by default with a Win10 OS?

I appreciate any responses and feedback. I haven't had much luck with searching around for an answer and hope somebody knows.

Keybinds are indeed stored in the server.
