WotLK Constant disconnects last day and a half

I'm getting random disconnects. No high latency, no lagging, no nothing. Just doing my thing (nothing triggers it I could be afk or in the middle of an LoD fight) and then the screen freezes for 1 or 2 seconds, then takes me straight to the login screen. It's getting highly annoying now, the disconnects are roughly every 15 to 20 minutes or so.
