I am trying to deliver the quest, I have all items and does not let me deliver the quest, I hope someone can help me out please.

Abandon and retake the quest.

Wouldnt that make the items dissapear? I had a hard time getting those items.

Depends on the quest. On some it disappears, on others it doesn't but it's your only shot of ever turning in that quest.

I had the same problem, abandoning the quest worked for me.
