Lordaeron Lost main character

Hi
I recently wanted to return to my old account but i found out that my main character (Tauren druid lvl 80 nick Gauzadolin) disappeared .
I saw information about "Inactivity Cleanup" but if i understood correctly main character shouldn't be deleted.
Could you check what happened? Is it possible to get my main back ?

1. When did you play last time?

2. On Which realm?

3. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters on website -> it means they are flagged for a rename so you need to log with client to set new names

4. Is your account premium?

1. For longer time, i'm not sure something like 2 years ago, i tired to log in once in a while though to check whats up.

3. I checked in game and on website (in game i can see only my 2 lvl alt (which is weird cause clean up should delete it. Is it possible clean up got wrong character?)
4. I'm not sure, "Donation rank: Premium" if this is what you ask.

premium account = your character can not be deleted due to inactivity (just flagged for a rename)

if you do NOT see him on your "character list" of Lordaeron realm it means this druid is on a different account.

Conflicting information....you say you haven't played in 2 years? Your character has achieved true AI and has been grinding achievements for you up to 5 months ago.....Hmmmm.

Actualy so.eone could just breach into his acc, sell character and gift coins to himself.

This is my nick, it is Tauren druid, but i did not play balance. I can see mounts that i know i had like anzu (which is kind a rare).
Is it really possible some1 breach to my account and sold my character to other account ?
I doubt some1 would be using exact same nick like mine.
I do have old backup from my account if this could help somehow (but is more like 3 yr old).
What can be done in this case? Can this be check in some kind of transfer history ?
I have created a ticket as @skullatbash said, is there something more i can do ?

Additional note, in my account option on website in "barracks" tab i found ork rogue lvl 1 nick "Korossee" in icecrown realm. I'm pretty sure i did not created this character.

Select realm -> a random character -> Character trade -> sell

Now you can see these buttons:
"TRADE CHARACTER" "CHARACTERS I'M TRADING" "CHARACTERS I'VE TRADED" "EXPIRED TRADES"

click on "CHARACTERS I'VE TRADED"
