A few years I bought equipment with coins, and now I play again and I don't have equipment or characters or coins...
46 coins purchased and now there's nothing in the account, do something.
But how is this??
We spend money and after a while everything disappears?

Did you check in-game, or armory only?
What realm did you play on?
Are you sure it's the right account?
Did you have 2FA on?
Is character restoration an option?
Have you checked trade/gifting history? (Character trade history is viewable from Trade -> Any Realm/Any Char/Character Trade/Sell and selecting "Characters I've Traded"

Yes I checked, and there's nothing they just erased my character with the equipment inside... I spent money to have those equipment and that character and now I don't have a character or equipment or money, and it was impossible to change the equipment or something of this genre, because the equipment is stuck to the character when we equip...

So it seems somebody "cleaned" your account for gold. Especially so if the character wasn't traded (and coins gifted from your account) Sent anything they could to their own account, vendored greens/blues/epics for extra gold. If you bought items with coins, those might be able to be restored, beyond that nothing else.
