WotLK Problems with the purchased character from the site

Hello ,
I want to ask if this is a bug?
I bought a character from your site and after entering Icc, I can't take the ring that builds a reputation, neither quest gives, nor anything. I tried everything and raised my reputation to honorarium, but I still can't take the ring, i have honored reputation with Ashen Verdict.Thank you for your help

Make in-game ticket to get ring. Help > talk to GM > ticket with explanation about your bought on Trade character. GM will makenit available for you.
Reason is, ring is BoP > it adds coins price if you don't remove it. So ppl delete it, causing such situation to traded characters
