WotLK I have been wrongfully banned for "Advertising"

Hello warmane, its me, this is my first Message here and probably the last since ever i started playing here 2years ago , today i woke up and tried to log in just to find my account "locked but can be unlocked" , i had no clue what was this about and when i checked my warmane.com/account i found that my ip was "terminated due to Advertising" i was extremely confused Since i had no clue what advertising even meant , i didnt get any extra informations about the ban (no email/no notifications) to clear out the fog about the ban . like everyday for the last 2years i have been playing normally, i dont know if this is against your TOS but i did use a vpn for a few Hours , since my ISP company had a massive ms issue and the only way to play the game was to use a vpn .
i truly believe this is an unfair ban, i have never participated in any activity that is against your TOS, i wish your can give more information and a clear explanation why this ban happened, and re-check the cause of the ban and i'm pretty sure you will discover that is wrong.

For future reference please don't use free VPN's

As for advisement part... you wont get that ban without some form of proof given to the GM and you wont get an explanation or the proof the GM received to make the call.
