WotLK Professions for PvP Holy Paladin

What would be best the best professions for Holy Paladins in PvP arenas?

If only arenas BS and jwc..if you play BG/wpvp/PvE as well then jwc and eng. Jwc because you can get bonus stats that you need(resil,haste,intellect/stength if dual spec) not only spell power like from enchanting or tailoring/alchemy. BS for bonus sockets obviously, so you don't have to rely on procs and always have passive bonus stats / Eng for Spell power back enchant instead of haste and rocket boots for Bgs/ haste gloves enchant as a mini healing cd in large pvp areas like winter grasp, AV, isle of conquest etc.
