when did you make that character?

Your join date is "March 10, 2021 ", so if you have made that character between 10-March-2021 and 14-April-2021 it means you were playing on "Frostmourne Season 1", which ended on 14-April-2021

In that case you can manually transfer him to Icecrown realm:
https://www.warmane.com/account > service
Select "Frostmourne - S1" as realm
