Technical Missing characters

Im missing characters on my account. I paid to have one boosted to max level and now they are both missing. Please help.

1. When did you play last time?

2. On Which realm you had characters?

3. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters are showed on website it means they are flagged for a rename. So you need to log with client to set new names

4. Is your account premium?

my characters are missing too, i quit wow for like a year or two and now they're gone, i had a lvl 80 DK, warrior and shaman
