WotLK Cannot save macros or turn off addons.

Hi, i will try to create macros but when i log out, is not saved ... I log out cleanly. And when i try to turn off my addons, when i log in they are all enabled.

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

Doesn't work, since now its worked well...

Edit : i changed my client, still not saving, cache, wtf, interface folder deleted, still not saving.
when i unplung read only, he return plug on ...
