ElvUI not showing incoming heals

I want to be able to see pridicted incoming heals from my healers but nothing I have tried works. I have confirmed that my healer and I both have healcomm-4.0

I am using ElvUI and he is as well with healbot.

When I heal myself I can see incoming heals but not when he goes to heal me?

Is there something I am doing wrong or that I can add or change to make what I want happen?

Are you using non-english localised client?
If yes then the libhealcomm library may cause this issue with given spells, because they are stored with their name (and some are in conflict on RU/DE translated clients) in datatables and later accessed by given key.
Go with english locale

I have donated and non donated accounts.

If I log the donated all incoming heals show just fine.
If I relog non donated accounts. it does not work.

This is always the same no matter the client or addons used.
